The Hotel Metropole offers wonderfully spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that are well above average for Europe. The service is exceptional, with top-notch and very polite staff, particularly Julien the concierge, who was amazing and went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries. The location is excellent, overlooking Lake Geneva and close to shopping and great restaurants, although the room size could be a bit larger. The dining experience presents a traditional European spread but with some room for improvement regarding cleanliness. Overall, a luxurious stay with great value for money.
